The MVM kneader (with or without scraper) is a high‑speed mixing and dispersing machine. It is available in single‑shaft or multi‑shaft versions, with each model equipped with a disperser disc that can be used as the main mixing element, or with a variety of blade configurations to meet specific kneading requirements.
The MPI planetary kneader features chopper bars and blades moving along circular paths. The rotating tools move the material being kneaded in both vertical and horizontal directions, ensuring excellent mixing and kneading performance.
The MLM kneader can perform gentle kneading using a slow‑speed anchor or butterfly impeller. In many cases, an additional disperser disc is mounted on the multi‑blade shaft, which significantly improves the overall kneading capability of the main shaft across a wide range of applications. This equipment has been successfully used in a variety of industries, including inks and pigments, adhesives and glues, PVC plastisols, silicone sealants and mastics, explosives, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and food and confectionery.
The vertical kneader family is available in multiple sizes, from small laboratory‑scale units with capacities of just a few liters up to 2,000‑liter models with removable tanks, as well as 10,000‑liter units with fixed tanks.
The DR‑type rapid‑mixing kneader is designed for premixing rubber and other ingredients, as well as for dispersing powders into liquids. It offers high output capacity and excellent overall homogeneity during continuous operation.
