IPC Series Sigma Blade Kneaders – Discharge Screw Type

The IPC model is equipped with one discharge screw, while the IP2C model is equipped with two discharge screws, allowing each configuration to serve different process requirements. Once the mixing blades have thoroughly blended the material and it is ready for discharge, the screws reverse rotation and rapidly discharge the highly viscous product from the sigma blade mixer.
With extensive experience in processing a wide variety of products, Battaggion has successfully developed the improved IPCAPG sigma blade mixer/extruder for the granulation and production of color masterbatches, with an output capacity of 150 to 600 kg/h of LDPE compounds.
Sigma blade kneaders are also suitable for a broad range of applications, including base silicones and rubber, mastics, adhesives, high-viscosity binders, composite materials, pigments, special lubricants, brake compounds, explosive and corrosive products, fine chemicals, pharmaceuticals, soup cubes, and food materials.
