Continuous Kneader Mixer

The screw kneader is a single-screw rotary reciprocating continuous kneading machine specifically designed for processing heat-sensitive and shear-sensitive materials. The moving teeth mounted on the screw shaft are offset from and interact with three rows of fixed kneading teeth inside the chamber, providing excellent dispersion and a highly uniform kneading effect.
Application range is as follows:
- • Powder coatings and colorants.
- • PVC calendering materials.
- • Wire and cable insulation compounds.
- • Thermoplastics.
- • Masterbatches / concentrates.
- • Adhesives / silicones.
- • Food products.
The following size specifications are available:30, 45, 60, 80, 110, 150, 220, and 300 mm; process lengths: 8, 12, 16, and 20 L/D.
Combining advanced process design with improved production solutions, the CK Series continuous kneader offers the following key features:
- • 100% metric design.
- • Standard electrically heated barrel, with optional liquid heating.
- • Water-cooled barrel.
- • Adjustable screw design.
- • Standard barrel configurations from 8D to 20D.
- • Compatible with powder feeders and/or twin-screw side feeders.
