Construction
★ Rotating assembly
- The rotating assembly, including the basket and scroll, is made of duplex stainless steel.
- The base is designed for stability, which improves reliability and reduces noise levels.
- The housing is made of stainless steel to prevent the unit from overheating and to maintain a clean installation environment.
Performance
★ The Viscotherm scroll drive system automatically controls the conveyor speed and detects feed fluctuations through torque feedback, allowing the dryness of the solids and the recovery rate to meet target requirements.
★ The differential speed drive and basket speed can be matched to the specific operating conditions. The differential speed drive can also reduce the starting torque of the unit.
★ B&P’s dual- or triple-stage design can reduce the processing steps required for low-volume applications, such as separation. In some cases, equipment used for high-speed screening or clarification may be eliminated or reduced.
The 735-2P model is mainly used for municipal sludge treatment.

The centrifugal separator is designed with an L/D ratio of 4.5 to achieve high clarification capacity. The machine is equipped with a Viscotherm scroll drive system to ensure solids recovery and product quality.
