In August 2007, our Beijing TOP product business further expanded by successfully adding the Laserblast laser cleaning machine business from the French company Quantel. This expansion enriches our product line and enables us to provide customers with more comprehensive industrial cleaning solutions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Laserblast specializes in laser cleaning and surface pre\u2011treatment. Compared with traditional methods, Laserblast offers high\u2011technology, efficient, and cost\u2011effective solutions for applications such as preserving architectural appearances, professional cleaning, and industrial surface pre\u2011treatment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

     The Laserblast product series features fiber\u2011optic transmission of the laser beam, allowing the laser to reach the surface of the object to be cleaned. This design provides excellent cleaning performance, high ergonomic usability, and allows the equipment to be easily and quickly integrated into robotic and other automated systems. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Laser cleaning technology is a rapidly developing new cleaning method that has been advancing at a fast pace over the past decade. Thanks to its unique advantages and irreplaceability, it is gradually replacing traditional cleaning processes in many fields. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Traditional industrial cleaning involves a wide variety of cleaning methods, most of which rely on chemical solvents and mechanical techniques. Finding cleaner, non\u2011damaging cleaning methods has therefore become an issue that cannot be ignored.\n\nLaser cleaning, with its non\u2011abrasive, non\u2011contact, thermal\u2011effect\u2011free characteristics and applicability to a wide range of materials, is considered a reliable and highly effective solution. At the same time, laser cleaning can address problems that traditional methods are unable to solve. For example, when sub\u2011micron\u2011scale contamination particles are tightly adhered to a workpiece surface, conventional cleaning methods often fail to remove them, while irradiating the surface with nanosecond laser pulses proves highly effective. This is particularly valuable in hazardous environments, where it can help ensure personnel safety. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    High selectivity and excellent cleanliness:\nLaser cleaning can remove a wide variety of contaminants from the surfaces of different materials, achieving a degree of cleanliness that conventional methods cannot reach. At the same time, contaminants can be selectively removed from the material surface without damaging the underlying material. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    High cleaning efficiency:\nLaser cleaning is fast and time\u2011saving, significantly improving the cleaning process efficiency. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Low operating cost and high automation potential:\nAlthough the initial investment for a laser cleaning system is relatively high, the system can be operated stably over the long term with low running costs\u2014typically only a few euros per hour.
